Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between fimo.pk (“Affiliate”) and Amazon (“Company”), collectively referred to as “Parties.”

- Limitation of Liability:a. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program.b. The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to the Affiliate under this Agreement.
